Processing Flow: After you successfully place your order and complete payment, our team will review the order, pick the items, conduct a quality check, and then pack and ship them.
Delays: During large promotional events or inventory checks, processing times may be extended. We will notify you in advance of any delays on the website homepage or in your order confirmation email.

US Shipping: 1-3 business days
IV. Package Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link. You can click the link to view the package's location in real time.
If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please first check the latest status on the logistics company's website using the tracking number.
If your tracking information is not updated for an extended period or shows any abnormalities, please contact us immediately via our customer service email/online customer service. We will assist you in inquiring with the logistics company.
V. Delivery Address and Signature
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the delivery address, postal code, and contact phone number you fill in when placing your order are accurate. MINDUPCMO LLC is not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address Change: If you need to change your address after successfully placing your order, please contact us within one hour. Once your order enters the processing or shipping process, we will not be able to make any changes.
Signature Inspection: We recommend that you check the outer packaging for obvious damage, compression, or moisture before signing for the package. If you find any abnormalities, please take photos immediately, refuse to accept the package, and contact us immediately. Signing for the package indicates that you have confirmed that the package is in good condition.
VI. Lost or Damaged Packages
Carrier's Responsibility: If your package is lost or severely damaged in transit due to the carrier's negligence, please contact us immediately. We will need you to provide relevant photos or proof, and assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. If your claim is successful, we will resend the package or issue a refund free of charge.
